Project Details:
After the two previous firms were terminated, Skyline Partners, Inc. was engaged as the Project Manager on this highly political and design sensitive project. Skyline Partners, Inc. managed all aspects of the project to include; budget, schedule, user expectations, design, permit management, asbestos abatement, furniture, data cabling, move, signage, and construction. Strategic phasing allowed the church to occupy certain areas prior to final project completion minimizing down time and maximizing facility usage.

The construction scope was comprised of a state of the art kitchen facility, various new meeting rooms, a seismic upgrade to the structure, and a new entry courtyard and building façade.

As a result of completing this project ahead of schedule and under budget, Skyline Partners received bonus compensation from the church.
