Project Details:
Skyline Partners engagement occurred immediately after Stanford Federal Credit Union closed on the purchase of their new building. Having never owned their own facility and or built out a new headquarters, they relied 100% on Skyline Partners to manage all aspects of the project including; Architect, Contractor, Furniture, Data Cabling, Security, AV, City Relations, Signage, Special Inspections, Movers, and Move Management.

The project consisted of complete demo of the existing space, turning a multi tenant layout into single tenant, volunteer seismic upgrade, and complete build out to accommodate their Headquarter needs.

Challenging the design, Skyline Partners was able to increase the density and meet all space requirements in 2,500 SF less than what the Credit Union had previously occupied at the leased space. This additional space in their building generates them roughly $90,000 per year in additional rental revenue and saved approximate $225,000 in construction costs.

"…Having a Credit Union to manage, there is no way I could have taken the time out of my schedule or any of my employees to cost effectively manage the build out of our new corporate headquarters..."

"…I was thoroughly impressed with all of the areas of value you provided over the course of the project. My expectations were exceeded!..."

"…To sum it all up, you always worked in SFCU's best interests, added tremendous value to the project such that the fees we paid you were returned to us manyfold..."
