Genentech B82, South San Francisco, CA
120,000 sf 16 floor interior build out at 651 Gateway. Complete design and build out sixteen floors and new 10,000 sf cafeteria. Skyline Partners managed all project aspects to include; design, construction, AV, security, signage, furniture and move team. Approximate Project Costs - Not Disclosed due to sensitivity of client. McKesson, San Francisco, CA
12,000 s.f. remodel of the executive floor of this Fortune 500 Company's corporate
headquarters. Abating asbestos and completing the construction activities in the 90 day schedule while the building was occupied made this job very challenging.

Alien Technology Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility
85,000 s.f. two building concrete tilt up campus. Included approximately 35,000 s.f class clean room manufacturing ranging from class 100, 10,000, and 100,000, H7 chemical storage facility, complete waste treatment system.

Nanometrics, Milpitas, CA
110,000 s.f. corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility. Included managing the close of escrow for the purchase of the building and related due diligence reports, entire build out of facility which contained 20,000 s.f. of class 10,000 clean room, 1,500 s.f. of class 100 clean room space, cafeteria, machine shop, office space, and work out facility.
Approximate project cost $13M; completion January 2002.
Science & Engineering Quad, Stanford, CA
150,000 s.f. Pie Cobb Freed designed (3) structure institutional facility. Steel structure, limestone skin buildings with a connective elements quad. Electrical Engineering - 3 stories with a basement containing mostly classroom and office space with some research labs. McCullough Annex - 3 story H7 rated research lab facility. Connective Elements - 1 Acre of high level connective quad to include water features and arcades.
Approximate project cost $75M; completion December 2001.
Applied Materials Tech Center, Santa Clara, CA
167,000 s.f. steel structure, aluminum panel skin, semiconductor manufacturing facility. Included 40,000 s.f. class 10 ballroom space, waste treatment area, chiller towers, and office space.
Approximate project cost $155M; completion December 2000.
Target T119, Newark, CA
130,000 s.f. of interiors and new building. Included approximately 40,000 s.f. of corporate offices and 110,000 s.f. of new store. This project entailed complete interior demolition of an old Emporium store, cutting the building in half and adding 40,000 s.f. The second Vermaport ever installed in the U.S. was part of this project.
