As founder of Skyline Partners Keith's expertise and success in managing projects from conception to completion lies in his process and organization. Working with Keith you will find that budgets, schedules, and project details are meticulous. During his 15 years of industry experience he has worked with a wide range of clients; large private institutions, fortune 500 companies, biotech start ups, and large retail organizations. Past Projects:

Stanford Federal Credit Union, Palo Alto, CA
15,000 sf interior project built in an occupied building that serves as the Headquarters facility for the credit union. Skyline Partners managed all aspects of the project to include; design, asbestos removal, construction, furniture, AV, data cabling, move team, and landscaping. Approximate Project Cost - $2.5M; Completion July 2006.

APL, Oakland, CA
144,000 s.f.7 floor re-stack at 1111 Broadway. Complete design and build out of seven floors, to include procurement and management of the following vendors, architect, general contractor, furniture, AV, IT, Signage, and Move Team. Approximate Project Cost $11.8 M; completion January 2007


Genentech B82, South San Francisco, CA
120,000 sf 16 floor interior build out at 651 Gateway. Complete design and build out sixteen floors and new 10,000 sf cafeteria. Skyline Partners managed all project aspects to include; design, construction, AV, security, signage, furniture and move team. Approximate Project Costs - Not Disclosed due to sensitivity of client. Completion: March 2006

McKesson, San Francisco, CA
197,163 s.f.19 floor re-stack at One Post St. Complete design and build out of thirteen floors and miscellaneous upgrades to six floors, to include procurement and management of the following vendors; asbestos abatement, architect, general contractor, furniture, AV, IT, Signage, and Move Team. Approximate Project Cost $26M; completion July 2004

Angus Hall, Menlo Park, CA
11,000 sf demo of an existing structure and construction of a new support building for Holy Trinity Church. Skyline Partners managed all aspects of the project to include; design, asbestos removal, construction, furniture, AV, data cabling, move team, and landscaping. Approximate Project Cost - $5M

Fire Station #19, Woodside, CA
10,000 sf wood frame fire station for the town of Woodside. Skyline Partners, Inc. completed preconstruction estimating services to include; design management, bid advertisement, bid instructions, bid administration, and bid opening. Approximate Project Costs - $6.5M; Completion March 2005

McKesson, San Francisco, CA
12,000 s.f. remodel of the executive floor of this Fortune 500 Company's corporate headquarters. Abating asbestos and completing the construction activities in the 90 day schedule while the building was occupied made this job very challenging. Approximate Project Cost $2.7M; completion December 2002

Alien Technology Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility
85,000 s.f. two building concrete tilt up campus. Included approximately 35,000 s.f class clean room manufacturing ranging from class 100, 10,000, and 100,000, H7 chemical storage facility, complete waste treatment system. Approximate project cost $25M; completion December 2002

Nanometrics, Milpitas, CA
110,000 s.f. corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility. Included managing the close of escrow for the purchase of the building and related due diligence reports, entire build out of facility which contained 20,000 s.f. of class 10,000 clean room, 1,500 s.f. of class 100 clean room space, cafeteria, machine shop, office space, and work out facility. Approximate project cost $13M; completion January 2002.

Science & Engineering Quad, Stanford, CA
150,000 s.f. Pie Cobb Freed designed (3) structure institutional facility. Steel structure, limestone skin buildings with a connective elements quad. Electrical Engineering - 3 stories with a basement containing mostly classroom and office space with some research labs. McCullough Annex - 3 story H7 rated research lab facility. Connective Elements - 1 Acre of high level connective quad to include water features and arcades. Approximate project cost $75M; completion December 2001.

Applied Materials Tech Center, Santa Clara, CA
167,000 s.f. steel structure, aluminum panel skin, semiconductor manufacturing facility. Included 40,000 s.f. class 10 ballroom space, waste treatment area, chiller towers, and office space. Approximate project cost $155M; completion December 2000.

Target T119, Newark, CA
130,000 s.f. of interiors and new building. Included approximately 40,000 s.f. of corporate offices and 110,000 s.f. of new store. This project entailed complete interior demolition of an old Emporium store, cutting the building in half and adding 40,000 s.f. The second Vermaport ever installed in the U.S. was part of this project. Approximate construction cost $18 M; completion in February of 1998.
