Project Details:
The McKesson Project consisted of a complete demo and remodel of the 37th floor, which is home to their executive team. The combination of extensive asbestos abatement and working on the top floor of an occupied building in downtown San Francisco made this project very challenging.

Keith DeBrine was the project manager for the project being entirely responsible for budget and schedule. The vendors Keith managed during the 90 day down time include; architect, general contractor, audio visual, data cabling, signage, security, furniture, asbestos abatement contractor, and asbestos hygienist.

The high level of finishes and the elaborate audio visual system makes this one of the finest executive floors in the area.

While with a previous employer, Keith DeBrine was the project manager on this project

"Keith was proactive throughout the project and would anticipate potential issues that can creep up on a project. At all times we knew where stood on project budget.Keith really took charge and facilitated project meetings The templates and processes Keith used for the project will now serve as the impetus for standard best practice approach for McKesson future projects."
