Kevin Morris

 Kevin Morris brings over 20 years of experience encompassing design review, construction, and project management of over 20 million square feet. 

Prior to Partnering with Keith DeBrine and Skyline Partners, Kevin was the Senior Director of Construction for CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), Silicon Valley. CBRE is the largest publicly traded real estate services provider in the world, with over 30 million square feet of institutional real estate under management in the Bay Area alone.  For over 10 years in his capacity as Director, Kevin’s responsibilities included supervision and administration of all new development projects, building renovations, and tenant improvements on behalf of managed clients as well as broker clients.  As a member of the senior executive staff he was also responsible for growing the project management services group across all business lines while being accountable for the bottom line.  Prior to joining CBRE in October of 1995, Kevin was an Estimator/Project Manager for a full service, union, commercial General Contractor.  He managed all aspects of budgeting, competitive bid and negotiated contracts, scheduling, and job cost accounting.  Of particular note, he has extensive experience with the City submittals and permit processes, having worked in nearly every municipality in the Greater Bay Area.  Kevin’s projects have ranged from $5,000 to $15,000,000 and have included class “A” office, warehouse and manufacturing, retail, computer, clean room, core and shell, bio-technical facilities and various seismic retrofitting projects.
