Doug Roth
|

| Doug
has been involved in a management capacity in the real estate
and construction industry for twenty-four years. His experience
ranges from the contractor's project manager to the owner's
representative. He has the benefit of a wide perspective, ranging
from multi-site management of acquisition, design, and construction
to the procurement of municipal entitlements as the corporate
spokesperson. His technical expertise includes information technology
infrastructure and structural/mechanical engineering expertise.
Doug brings project direction and technical experience in the
strategic planning, design, and construction arenas to a position
of responsibility in the corporate environment. Doug has been
an alliance partner since the formation of Skyline Partners,
Inc. |

Past
Projects: Santa Cruz
City Schools: School Bond Improvements
Implementation of design infrastructure and site improvements made
possible under the recently passed improvement bond measures. The
improvements include a new school campus and modernization of all
public high schools and lower schools in the City system. Approximate
Project Costs $25M.
Telecommunications Data Center Facilities Switching Facilities
Network Access Facilities
Represented the investor group in the development of their telecomm
sites in San Francisco, San Jose, and Los Angeles. Five sites totaling
1.3 million sq. ft. were developed that encompass new building construction
and infrastructure upgrades to accommodate the higher telecomm occupancy.
Agilent Technologies Headquarters 219,000 s.f. This
site was developed as a Class-A corporate headquarters for the newly
formed Agilent Technologies (Hewlett-Packard Test and Measurement
Company). Doug was involved as the Owner's representative with overall
project responsibility from the inception of the project to building
systems commissioning and occupancy.

Hewlett-Packard Rohnert Park Building 4
This building was developed for the Test and Measurement Organization
and the Microwave Division for their R & D and manufacturing. Doug
was involved as the Owner's representative with overall project responsibility
from the inception of the project to building systems commissioning
and occupancy.
Approximate Project Cost $20.3M, Completion November 1998
Corvallis and Vancouver Sites
These 7 buildings require full structural analysis, testing, and seismic
retrofit for reactions to seismic forces. All planning, design, and
construction has been done to provide for continuing operations in
clean room manufacturing areas. Doug was involved as the Owner's representative
with overall project responsibility for the first two buildings from
the inception of the projects to occupancy.
Sutter Health Systems, Outpatient Medical Clinic
This 305,000 s.f. project involved clinical, surgical, research, assembly,
radiology, cancer treatment, and subterranean parking in a three-building
public facility. This site was designed and constructed as the IT
and telecommunications hub for the Sutter Health System in the western
states. Doug was involved on the Owner's consultant team with responsibility
for design and preconstruction from the inception of the project through
the structural phase of construction.

Legacy Tech Park, San Jose
This 5-building project was the first phase of development in the
San Jose/Alviso mixed use project. The five buildings were designed
for office/R&D, and the project includes 1,700' of fully improved
arterial street frontage. Doug was involved as the Owner's representative
with responsibility for the shell building phases.

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich Rosati 601 California Avenue Palo
Alto
The law firm entered this project as tenant during the shell and core
design phase of this 110,000 s.f. high end law firm. Doug was involved
on the Tenant's consultant team with responsibility from the lease
negotiations through the design phase.

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich Rosati 1117 California Avenue Palo
Alto
The law firm entered this project as tenant during the shell and core
design phase of this 74,000 s.f. high end law firm. Doug was involved
on the Tenant's consultant team from lease negotiation through design,
construction, and occupancy.

The law firm entered this project as tenant during the shell and core
design phase of this 75,000 s.f. high end law firm. Doug was involved
on the Tenant's consultant team from lease negotiation through design
and construction.

GenRad, Inc.
Doug represented GenRad as it divested its real estate facilities
in the western U.S. This project involved overall responsibility for
the renovation of shell and core and the complete tenant outfitting
for the Hyundai western U.S. headquarters.
