Project Details:
The Blue Arc assignment started off as a case study to measure the milestones of delivery required by the developer per their executed lease. After 5 weeks of study, it was clear the commitments contained within the lease were not being met. Consequently, the lease was able to be terminated and Blue Arc was able to lease another building for significantly less rent.

The new building needed minor interior improvements to suit Blue Arc's needs. Keith DeBrine managed all aspects of both the case study and the construction build out. The vendors Keith managed included the architect, general contractor, cabling & IT contractor, audio visual, signage, security, and furniture.

Phasing the construction into two phases so that Blue Arc could move in ASAP required our team to be flexible while completing the majority of the work in an occupied space.

While with a previous employer, Keith DeBrine was the project manager on this project
