Project Information
Project Size: 11,000 sq. ft.
Project Costs: $4,100,000
Architect: Stoecker Northway
Contractor: SC Builders

Project Details:
The Angus Hall Project consisted of a complete demo of an existing structure and construction of a support building for Holy Trinity Church.  Working for the church’s architectural committee to control “scope creep” and meet all of the parishioner’s needs proved to make this a challenging project.  Other project successes included obtaining a new use permit from the City of Menlo Park, complete new PG&E design to accommodate increased electric and gas loads and preserving several heritage trees that were on the site.

Skyline Partners, Inc. was obtained as the project manager, being entirely responsible for budget and schedule.  The vendors Keith DeBrine managed included; architect, general contractor, audio visual, data cabling, signage, security, furniture, asbestos abatement contractor, asbestos hygienist, and arborist

A complete state approved children’s play yard and structure were part of this project for the church’s pre-school who served as the main tenant of the building.

“I have nothing but praise for the support that we received from Keith DeBrine and Skyline Partners in the accomplishment of this successful project. I truly question how we would have completed this project in such a manner without Skyline Partner’s involvement.”
