Arlene Donaher
Arlene's strength and expertise are found in Move Management and Workplace Planning. She has been keeping her clients happy for the past 14 years handling these crucial elements of the project. Whether she's completing strategic employee space planning, sending out detailed RFP packages to movers, pre- planning your move, conducting on site move management, or putting together finely constructed welcome packets, Arlene gets you the best value with your move dollars as well as making the transition as smooth as possible with your employees. Arlene has been an alliance partner since the formation of Skyline Partners, Inc.

Past Projects:

McKesson Corporation, San Francisco, CA Space planning and move management for a 19-floor restack project to include the following:
  • Identify specific departments, floor locations and seat assignments for roughly 1100 people.
  • Coordinate and manage construction, furniture, and IT for swing and interim spaces.
  • Move management for all swing and interim space as well as final seat assignments.
Rational Software, Cupertino, CA
Included relocation / move project management. Procurement of mover, janitorial, landscape, and food service vendors as well as complete move management services. Scope covered 350 people into 100,000 s.f. building.

Netcom, San Jose, CA
Included relocation / move project management. Four phases of move to include procurement and management of mover, coordination with and management of end users, and coordination with in house IT group to ensure correct extension numbers.. Total scope consisted of 450 employees in 130,000 s.f. of offices and labs into two high rise buildings.

Nanometerics, Milpitas, CA
Included relocation / move project management. Procurement and management of mover, coordination with and management of end users, and coordination with in house IT group to ensure correct extension numbers. Total scope consisted of 190 employees into 110,000 s.f. of manufacturing, warehouse, and office space.

Bay Networks, Santa Clara, CA
Included relocation / move project management and workplace planning.
Total incorporation of a newly acquired company into existing operations to include move project management and workplace planning. Additional work consisted of an ongoing scope of many small project moves.

Business Objects, INC. , San Jose, CA
Included relocation / move project management. Procurement and management of mover, coordination with and management of end users, and coordination with in house IT group to ensure extension correct extension numbers. Total scope consisted of 58,000 s.f. approximately 450 people.
