Project Details:

Skyline Partners, Inc. was engaged by Silicon Valley Bank to be their development and construction specialist in overseeing the funding and development of The Bass Pleasanton Self Storage Project.

Reporting to Silicon Valley Bank, Skyline Partners, Inc. actively managed the following aspects of the project:

  • Review of the developer’s pro-forma to analyze, identify, and report to SVB the feasibility of project delivery.
  • Identify areas of exposure and risk to SVB from a construction and costing perspective aiding their decision making process in issuing the bank loan.
  • Confirm developer’s construction costing to ensure that the requested funding is adequate to complete the project.
  • Manage and approve the loan draw process.
  • Monitor and report on the construction progress & schedule.
